The Operations Manager trains, mentors, and manages pest technicians and service personnel to achieve the highest standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Train & coach employees
• Manage schedules and balance work activities
• Conduct audits for Quality Assurance and Safety
• Seek out new business and grow existing accounts
• Conduct pest control activities to support route managers as needed

Compensation:

• Salary: $55,000-65,000 per year (Depending on experience)
• Bonus Potential: Eligible for performance-based bonuses

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in pest control
• 2+ years experience in managing people
• Valid Drivers' License and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Covid-19 Vaccination

• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Ability to apply knowledge and reasoning to solve complex problems
