As an Operations Manager, you will build trust and rapport with clients, sales, and service teams to solve challenging business problems and deliver top-tier service. The Operations Manager trains, mentors, and manages pest technicians and service personnel to achieve the highest standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.

Sprague Pest Solutions is a family-owned commercial pest management company headquartered in Tacoma, WA, and growing throughout the Western US. At Sprague, you will support our mission to serve clients and the community by making the world healthier, protecting structures, safeguarding the food supply, and improving the overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Train & coach employees
• Manage schedules and balance work activities
• Conduct audits for Quality Assurance and Safety
• Seek out new business and grow existing accounts
• Conduct pest control activities to support route managers as needed

Compensation:

• Salary: $55,000-65,000 per year (Depending on experience)
• Bonus Potential: Eligible for performance-based bonuses

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in pest control
• 2+ years experience in managing people
• Valid Drivers' License and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Covid-19 Vaccination

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-direct schedule and work
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Ability to apply knowledge and reasoning to solve complex problems
• Ability to meet physical demands of pest control, including walking, crouching, lifting, climbing, close and long-distance vision, driving a company vehicle.
