Job Overview

Partner with the best In this role, you will manage the digital technology capabilities across the company, including commercial off the shelf systems and software, some internal software development/management, data & analytics, application systems, infrastructure, ERP, technical operations and internal technology support.

As the OFSE Digital Technology Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and advancing the Enterprise Applications supporting Baker Hughes Oilfield Services and Equipment: this includes SAP and all functional applications such as HR, Finance, Reporting, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Engineering support systems. The organization is about 100 employees and significant external contractors.
  • Managing the modernization Strategy and Execution: rationalizing and mordernizing the Enterprise Application portfolio to provide a more agile enterprise backbone with the ability to serve rapidly changing business needs.


Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have 10 - 15 years experience with Enterprise Application support, Development and Management.
  • Be familiar with SAP, SalesForce, Ariba and other such market leading applications.
  • Have experience with DataBricks, PowerBI and other such Enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Have proven experience of leadership in modernization of legacy stacks
  • Have proven experience of partnership or direct experience in a line of business.
  • Be able to communicate clearly up to CIO level
  • Be able to work with distributed and diverse teams
  • Be able to work with external technology partners, being open to new ideas
