As a Maintenance Leader, you lead a top-performing team of extrusion and NISSEI manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technicians in a high-growth industry with exceptional job security and potential for advancement.

You Will

Supervise NISSEI Maintenance Technicians, analyzing work orders and arranging maintenance activities and preventative maintenance to assure optimum production

Assist NISSEI Maintenance Team to solve problems and perform their duties

Assess Maintenance Technician skills and coordinate training, both on-the-job and formal training

Contribute to planning by defining work procedures and estimating worker hours requirements for completion of job assignments

Assure safety protocols, quality standards and operational practices are always upheld

Grow your knowledge and skills through a variety of training and experiences

You Have

A minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience

Extensive experience with NISSEI manufacturing equipment

Hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical expertise

Ability to update technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, & schematics

Success guiding others to troubleshoot & problem solve

Desire to be a productive team leader in a positive work environment

Able to work overtime, as needed

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds & work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation
