As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of specialists on the New Glenn launch system team you will be responsible for integration of systems engineering, systems analysis, and operational plans while launching rockets. Our team supports end-to-end mission life cycle activities in collaboration with external sales, launch operations, and design engineering teams. Our goal will be mission success starting from pre-sales efforts to post-flight data delivery. The mission integrator is a technical position on the responsible for developing mission unique solutions and the full range of products required for each mission. You will lead mission design reviews, develop customer interface control documents, develop mission plans, integrate system performance analysis, and facilitate loads and environments evaluations. We will deliver spacecraft from all markets to orbit on the New Glenn Rocket! We are looking for someone to be a strong teammate, with good communication skills, who is able to work effectively in teams. As such, you much have good execution and coordination skills, a flexible attitude with a holistic system approach. Qualifications: Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or similar technical field Minimum 5 years (desired 10 years) of current technical hands-on experience. Expertize in at least one of the areas is required: Analysis Design Integrated testing Systems engineering Mission Integration Ability to coordinate, collaborate, and receive inputs across a multitude of different technical disciplines to make deliverable deadlines Ability to multi-task and execute work efficiently for parallel projects/deliverables. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
