As a Seven Inlets Spa Nail Technician, you are responsible for providing professional nail services. You must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field. You must hold and maintain a current state license in the Cosmetology field.

As an employee, your benefits will begin on the 1st day of the month following your hire date even if you start on the 31st of the month

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform various nail services to include manicures, pedicures, polish changes, gel, shellac in a professional and courteous manner while complying with all standard operating procedures.
• Provide courteous guest services to all guests.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Escort guests to and from appointments.
• Provide assistance when not performing nail services. This assistance may include filling in for the receptionist, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Must be able to work well with others and as a team

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Participate and attend all mandatory meetings, education classes and training
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• A High School Graduate or GED.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of cosmetology and maintain a current state cosmetologist license.
• One or more years of experience as a Cosmetologist is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend; stand; walk; and use hands.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
