As a Service Team Member for our products and services, responsibilities will include:
Visiting customer facilities to evaluate needs, and develop solutions.
Developing a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines.
Installation of all makes and models, small and large batteries, and power systems for electric forklifts.
Maintenance of existing systems.
Exceeding our customer's expectations.
Some travel required
Ideal candidates will have:
High degree of initiative and dependability Strong customer service/solutions focus
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Basic mechanical skills
Basic electronics knowledge is a plus, but not required
A background in our industry is a plus.
Computer literacy is a plus.
Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and Medical DOT screening.
