We have an immediate opening for a Monitoring Associate. Various schedules are available including part-time and full-time shifts in the Morning and Evening.
This position starts at $18 an hour plus performance incentives.
Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Monitoring Associate, you will help customers all over the country.
Responsibilities
Listen to customers' questions and concerns and help them find the right solutions

Deal with high-profile customers/elite clientele.
Provide the highest possible standard of customer service.
Proof of COVID - 19 Vaccination Required
Requirements:
A strong desire to help others
1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
Comfort using a computer and modern technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
