Key Responsibilities

Performs mobile repairs in accordance with manufacturer/dealership standards so that the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
Inspects vehicles and records findings in case additional repairs need to be made.
Explains vehicle diagnoses and required repairs to customers and/or Service Advisors in a clear, non-technical manner.
Stays abreast of new technical information and technology by attending required/recommended manufacturer training.

Core Requirements

Basic Level B technician with 3 to 5 years automotive technician/mechanic experience preferred. Ford certifications a plus.
Experience using shop equipment (i.e., diagnostic equipment, alignment equipment, etc.)
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with computers.
Desire to do quality work and provide exceptional customer service.
Willing to work in diverse weather conditions
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
Some mobile repairs may necessitate the ability to lift between 75 and 100 lbs.
