Join Takeda as a Metrology Technician II where you will schedule calibration events, perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations, repairs Measurement and test equipment. You will also be the metrological technical representative at the site. As part of the Metrology team, you will report to the Metrology Supervisor and work with multiple groups within the facility.

Metrology Technician II

About the role:
Join Takeda as a Metrology Technician II where you will schedule calibration events, perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations, repairs Measurement and test equipment. You will also be the metrological technical representative at the site. As part of the Metrology team, you will report to the Metrology Supervisor and work with multiple groups within the facility.
How you will contribute:
- Maintain documentation IAW GMP requirements
- Write and develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Review equipment specifications
- Gather and refer to all available information important to a given situation
- Communicate with vendors and instrument manufacturers
- High school diploma
- 1+ years metrology experience
- Experience calibrating freezers, walk-in freezers, chart recorders
- Have accurate calibrations and documentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Maximo is a desirable attribute
- Understand complex instructions or procedures
- Work other locations is sometime required
