US Federal Credit Union is searching for ambitious people to join our amazing team! We are currently searching for full-time or part-time Member Service Representatives to help assist our members in achieving their financial goals.

What we are looking for:
Basic computer skills
Cash handling skills
Availability to work between the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturdays
The ability to work at different branch locations as needed
The ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment including excellent listening and verbal/written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner. Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
Provide in-person and by-telephone general and specific service-related information concerning credit union services or policies.
Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to the appropriate person for specific information for membership.
Open new accounts and service existing accounts. Set up new account files, and provide members with all necessary information for membership.
Handle requests from members for transfers of shares to loan payments, share withdrawals, check requests, CD transactions, and any other requests received from members.
Promote credit union products and services based on member's needs.
Research accounts for deposit, withdrawal, and loan-payment discrepancies.
