The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of the field administrative and technical management of the construction project.

Responsibilities

As a Superintendent you are responsible for all activities related to field supervision to include quality control, safety, schedule, scope review, contract documents, labor management, labor reporting, as-built drawings, punch list. All field operations are supervised by the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.

Equally as important, you will keep not only the project on track but the team as well. Motivate and develop the junior team members. Train and develop utilizing on-the-job and internal training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Plumbing/HVAC and worked in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 15 years field experience as a Plumber/Steamfitter /Mechanic and/or Assistant Superintendent.
• A valid state issued driver's license.
• Keep up to date with all building codes, construction applicable standards.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for work and industry is a must.
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Procore Experience preferred
