Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for performing field survey to determine conditions

• You will meet with clients to discuss the scope of the project

• You will be responsible for researching codes (state/Federal), preparing reports and performing calculations for projects

• Select and designs plumbing, mechanical equipment

• You attend bid walks and review bids for clients, and respond to all RFI's

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with 1-3 years in building system designs

• Must have strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft office tools

• Working knowledge of ASHREA and NFPA standards and NYCDOB requirements and procedures
