Job Overview
Requirements: Bachelor of Science or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field (BSME/MSME or equivalent combination of experience and education.) 8+ years design experience with capital/process equipment and small products with significant mechanisms and robotics automation Completed a minimum of two product life cycles (from concept to production) as a key contributor Demonstrated capability to perform engineering analysis and familiarity with commonly used analysis tools (e.g. FEA, DFX, etc.) Good understanding in tolerance stock up analysis (GD&T) Solid experience in designing robotics, mechanisms for automation, and complex electro-mechanical products Extensive machine design experience, preferably containing precision moving parts and complex mechanism and assemblies, is required Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication processes for metals and commonly used plastics Sheet metal and plastic injection design experience is required Experience integrating industry
