Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer

• Design complex components and sub-systems for Machines or vehicles.
• Develop 3D model of drivetrain systems and components in CAD environment
• Lead design reviews and resolve technical design conflicts.
• Assess manufacturability and create production capable drawings.
• Assist in establishing design completion dates.
• Perform all other duties as needed.

Requirements of the Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum or equivalent preferred
• 2 yrs designing experience with Heavy Machinery at Component and system level
• Proven experience in Powertrain area (engine, transmission, axel, gears and drivetrain etc.)
• Experience with PLM Data Management tools and Creo CAD tools
• Experience using Creo software for models and drawings.
• Should be able to support suppliers with builds, support fitness checks.
• Experience with updating specification and engineering standard work documentation

Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Required experience: Product Designing for minimum 2 years.
