Mechanical Engineer Role:
Responsible for the design and planning of new and existing products
Design, develop, and test all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery
Plan, input, review, output, validation of, and change the design for assigned tasks
Maintain electronic job files to assigned tasks
Act as a technical mechanical resource to Sales, Service, and Production
Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
Participate in the fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products
Create and modify 3D parts and assemblies and 2D Mechanical Drawings
Responsible for Mechanical Design Changes including technical manuals and work instructions
Mechanical Engineer Background Profile:
Bachelor of science in mechanical engineering
Similar work experience is required
Inventor experience required
Design Testing experience
Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, 3D Modeling, and other software or technology relevant to this position.
ERP system knowledge a plus
