Description: My Customer is looking to add a versatile support engineer to join its robust customer service team. In this role, candidates are expected to handle varied responsibilities including: interface with customers (phone/in-person), coordinate scheduling for customer and field service personnel, diagnose/troubleshoot customer issues and manage installation projects. This position requires a candidate who possesses strong organizational skills, can adapt to changes throughout the day and week, critical thinker and mechanically-inclined. Must be comfortable talking on the phone and being readily available when a client has a need (On-Call). Skills: Troubleshooting, electrical, electrical engineering, field service, Project engineering, Machinery maintenance Top Skills Details: Troubleshooting,electrical,electrical engineering,field service Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Candidate must have a bachelors of science in either mechanical, electrical or chemical. - Must be comfortable with travel as the CSE dept. is switching to a more field-based start to ensure the contractors are able to understand the machines and terminology rather than sitting behind the desk. -- Travel on Thursday/Friday and work over the weekend while having days off during the week.
