Job Overview
Accountabilities:
â Runs and maintains and efficient and successful inventory management.
â Maintains integrity of the physical inventory by location.
â Responsible for year-end physical inventory counts as well as daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts.
â Develops and maintain procedures to identify Min/Max reorder quantities.
â Develops and maintains process to identify time sensitive items and ensure availability.
â Develops process for automatic re-stock of high use items.
â Maintains records/spreadsheets for repairs and plan for future requirements based on orders, production schedules and forecasts.
â Implements auditing process for accuracy of data entry and cost.
â Oversees timelines of reports and data entry for purchasing, receiving, shipping, repairs.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience:
â Senior level, typically 7+ years of experience.
â Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field.
â Applies broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems. Influences others to achieve objectives.
â Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within department and/or business asset.
