We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, creative marketing leader to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Vista, CA. The ideal candidate is dependable, hard-working team player that wants to win.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategize, recommend and execute on a variety of marketing activity including but not limited to

• Collaborate with the President and Executive Team in the development of new marketing strategies
• Manage external SEM/SEO and graphic design vendor relationships while driving ROI based decisions
• Develop creative multi-faceted campaigns leveraging email, SMS, PPC, snail mail, radio, TV and digital
• Produce, analyze, and share insights on campaign reporting
• Write outstanding copy for a variety of goals and target audiences including editorial, direct response, client communications, and public relations
• Develop point of sale materials
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and determine campaign efficiency
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
• Communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to executive management team
• Assist in the creation of digital advertisements by contributing technical content and design advice for Google, Yelp, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Evaluate alternative on-the-ground marketing activities

Perform other duties as assigned

Location/Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• RotoCo Corporate Headquarters - Vista, CA including occasional travel as directed by RotoCo.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Marketing Degree with an MBA preferred but not required
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• 5+ years' proven Marketing leadership experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy
• Team-player with the ability to work well with others
