Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in marketing and social media management across all platforms

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and resourcefulness
• Computer proficiency, including Adobe Creative Suite, standard social media tools and Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• High degree of professionalism; must work well in both a team setting and independently
• BS/BA degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university
• Be a fast, flexible and effective problem solver

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Develop copy for a wide variety of clients in a wide variety of mediums including but not limited to all popular social media channels, emails, blogs, websites, proposals, and more.
• Assist with monthly development of comprehensive social media calendars for clients written to excite and engage the clients' respective audiences
• Assist with creating high quality, custom proposals for all offices. Work with management personnel to customize standard materials to meet specific proposal requirements.
• Assist with website updates on a regular and timely basis. Focus on photos, selected projects, active to completed projects, team members, what's new, etc.
• Write, proof and edit copy
• Have exceptionally strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple mediums
