LHH is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our client's busy creative team to help enhance their brand. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing team to build and strategize new marketing campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Organize newsletters, press releases, and event materials
• Post social media content and manage insights
• Contribute to and coordinate marketing campaigns and events
• Assist with the managing of outbound email communications including template creation, setup, coding, the content review process, list management & targeting, distribution, and data analysis.
• Hands-on work experience creating and managing email communications.
• Create informative presentations based on data reports
• Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign calendars

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the marketing field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role managing digital content, events, and marketing communications
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing data and reporting
• Flexible with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work around tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Strong analytical skills including Google Analytics and proven ability to develop reports and make data-driven decisions.
