Architecture firm looking for a Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator for the execution of the firm's public relations and marketing platforms. Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong initiative, excellent written & verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce modern, sleek and accessible graphic materials while balancing constant project coordination.

Candidate must be detail-oriented, committed to consistency in output, and work well in a deadline driven environment. This person will have daily interaction with both principals.

Primary duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

l Create modern and compelling marketing collateral for firm, including print pieces, presentations, website and all other relevant design materials.

Coordinate and prepare proposals (RFP/RFQ), presentations, award, and editorial submissions.

Maintain image library of current projects.

Maintain portfolio and website (including web inquiries for principals).

Research new leads and prospective client relationships.

Create and promote all press-related materials; manage press clips.

Develop and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

l Degree in a related field + minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing position. Experience in the architecture field or a related industry a must.

l Highly proficient computer skills: Adobe Creative Suites programs on a PC (specifically Photoshop & InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.

l Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turn-around.

l Must have clear & effective communication skills both in-person and over the phone.

l Ability to communicate with all levels of management.

l Must have follow through and a natural pride of ownership for work product.

l Must be a team player and have a sense of humor!
