Job Overview
Shift: Shift 1
Shift Start and End Time: 6AM-4:30PM
Monday - Thursday 10 hours shifts + OT when needed
Observes and assists with routine manufacturing related studies and processes. Gathers and records routine production information; enters data into internal computer systems. Assists with routine repair and retest product and/or manufacturing facilities. Assists in resolving routine manufacturing or maintenance related problems affecting daily operations. May assist in technical problem solving/troubleshooting support to a manufacturing environment. Assists with troubleshooting for machine operations to determine parameters for improving efficiency in a production environment
Candidate must have a manufacturing background and exhibit the ability to perform the listed job functions.
Participation in the production of manufactured products, and operation of automated equipment operation.
Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance logs and inventories. Must be confident in use of computer using MS word, excel.
Assist with various other projects and departments upon request.
Ability to understand and strictly adhere to written operational procedures and understand manufacturing process instructions.
Understanding of MSDS sheets in accordance to working with and around potentially hazardous chemicals and have experience with PPE related to chemicals
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Work safely and adhere to Client safety policies and procedures
FDA knowledge is a plus.
Must have good dexterity handling parts.
Pay close attention to detail
