lead?
At Kohler, we're seeking a go-getter who is ready to lead while building a
career with us. Our Manufacturing Process Lead will be responsible for
operating machine shop production equipment while achieving safety, quality,
productivity, and company goals. The primary responsibility of
the Manufacturing Process Lead is to ensure the assigned work is completed
in a timely manner, this includes assigning and explaining daily tasks to
Machinists; monitoring work progress and compliance with policies and
procedures; training and assisting Machinists.
Successful candidates will maintain the quality of all production within the
cell, perform basic quality checks, and perform basic preventative cleaning
processes. In addition, Manufacturing Process Lead will be responsible for performing
machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
What we offer:
Wages starting $18.25 -
$21.50/hr based on experience, plus shift premiums of $1.00/hr for 2nd
shift and 3rd shift
$3,000 sign-on bonus
