Where You Will Work

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.

What Youll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineer, youll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) team located in Berea, OH. Youll be working in a metal assembly & manufacturing environment.
Youll get to:
Responsible for managing manufacturing processes to ensure compliance to all customer and industry specifications. Low volume & high mix experience preferred.
Review and enhance procedures for qualification and final assembly process. Working with yield improvements, through put, safety, quality, speed & cost.
Supporting documentation and standard operating procedures for the shop floor.
Assist in creating training material, rolling out training classes, testing, and approval of production staff.
Ensure customer requirement flow-down through contract review
Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over manufacturing equipment and processes.

Who You Are

You also have:
4-year Bachelors degree in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemical engineering.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a manufacturing or process engineering capacity OR 2+ co-op roles during college course work.
Exposure to metal forming process such as super alloys, Hastelloy, Waspaloy, Inconel 625 / 718, is a must.
Experience with the aerospace industry preferred
AWS knowledge & AS9100 a plus
