As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide guidance and support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical guidance for manufacturing activities throughout life-cycle to support development, quality and initial product readiness
- Evaluating manufacturing process and shaping strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity
- Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to develop, innovate and implement manufacturing technology best practices
- Leading an internal manufacturing team and developing a yearly operational plan to support activities and projects
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, College or High school Diploma
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate good leadership ability
- Show experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully and influencing stakeholders across teams
- Display an ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
