Previous experience with MEMS test or characterization is preferred, but not required

Job Summary

The Manager, MEMS Test Systems Engineering will lead the team responsible for the architecture, design and bring-up of custom and ATE systems used to characterize and test MEMS devices.

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Manager with these responsibilities

• Build and lead the team responsible for the design, development, and transfer to production new custom and ATE test systems for MEMS devices.
• Work cross-functionally to establish the future roadmap for MEMS test systems and develop new methodologies for MEMS testing.
• Collaborate closely with MEMS design team to innovate new system architectures and designs based on MEMS performance requirements.
• Innovate and prototype new methodologies for conducting high-precision timing parameter measurements (e.g. ADEV, Phase Noise, Jitter, etc.).

Previous experience with MEMS test or characterization is preferred, but not required

Qualifications & Requirements

Knowledge of MATLAB, Python and/or C++

• 2+ years' experience leading Engineering teams and mentoring Engineers.
• A demonstrated track record of delivering successful outcomes on aggressive schedules.
• Strong knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level design and debug.
• Experience with standard board design and layout tools such as Altium or Cadence.
• Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation.
