Job Description Summary
Finance and accounting manager responsible for overseeing the monthly close, management reporting, and forecasting process for the Managed Digital Solutions (MDS) business
Responsibilities:
- The Finance Manager role manages the daily financial activities and functions for the Managed Digital Solutions (MDS) segment of TI Digital Solutions, including: budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Provides guidance to managers on financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting.
- Leads the annual budget and monthly forecast process.
- Works with managers to produce and manage to forecasts.
- Contributes to price modeling and price model updates.
- lead the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors.
- Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including maintaining and updating the design and documentation of controls.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
- High Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced functions/formulas)
- Experience with SOX compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA / CA
- SAP and/or Workday systems
- Management experience
- M&A, integration experience
