What Will You Be Doing?
Maintaining our Company Image
Answering phones, emails, and chats with enthusiasm

There may be times when you are asked to do things not normally in your job description
Experience with all aspects of the Google apps program, Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to perform routine support tasks such as, Unlimited Wash Club membership management, answering of multi-line phone systems, attention to detail in projects, able to professionally handle difficult customer interactions, and inventory management with order fulfillment.
Have exceptional communication abilities with management, team members, and customers.
Ability to follow established processes and procedures precisely as described.
Executes routine inbound and outbound call center activities concerning the business products/services, using a standard script and established guidelines and under supervision.
Ascertains nature of the transaction/call and assesses whether it can be handled in place, needs to be transferred, or further follow-up is required, in order to provide client with appropriate resolution.
Provides customer with appropriate standard information requested.
Derives all necessary information from customer to update database.
Understands when to seek help and/or escalate to a more senior role

We are looking for people with results they are proud of, such as:

High school diploma or equivalent
Good customer service skills or prior experience
Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills but also described as someone with high energy and driven to be the best
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center, maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor.
Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus.

You will assist existing and potential customers with their membership requests. A positive, helpful, and efficient initial interaction helps to create a positive first impression for the company. The environment can be fast-paced and attention to detail and self-motivation are essential.
