Full Job Description All Stor Self Storage in Crosby is now taking applications for a Maintenance/Cleaning Specialist Position. Must be available Monday- Sunday and willing to Live On Site in the on site Residence. We are looking for a energetic and responsible individual that does not mind spending their time outdoors to ensure the property meets the highest of standards. You will assist the Office Manager in the oversight of assigned commercial and residential properties. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure properties are customer ready. Duties include but not limited to: Walking around the property performing lock checks and showing units to customers Ensure the facility meets the highest of cleanliness standards. This is accomplished by cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, office, restrooms, hallways, changing bulbs and other basic general maintenance (door/plumbing/gate/electric). Monitoring activities on site to ensure safety and security of patrons Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and current auto insurance as you will need this to travel other properties as needed. (mileage paid) Basic computer skills and ability to do job (lifting up to 50 lbs, walking large sites, etc.) Sitelink/Storable and Storlogix Software knowledge a PLUS Well organized with excellent time management skills Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends Problem solving including equipment/maintenance issues and emergency situations Hourly compensation Must be able to pass drug and background check Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Auto Insurance (Required)
