Job Overview
Busy short term rental company is looking for EXPERIENCED full time Maintenance person (handy man) to service the rental homes. Homes are located in Long Pond, Stroudsburg, Henryville and East Stroudsburg area.
Require experience in
-plumbing
-drywall repair
-carpentry and related fields
-general cinstruction
Daily routine is to keep rentals in great condition, fix issues, service pools (we'll teach) inspect homes and report.
Pay is $25-$30/hr depending on experience (check). Must be drug/alcohol free. Require valid drivers license, transportation and tools.
