What you will be doing: Sweep all parking area surfaces and keep the area free of trash, debris, stains, and spills. Empty trash containers and dispose of waste accordingly. Clean bathroom facilities, parking booths, office, equipment, and signage. Monitor internal and external perimeter of parking areas and clean as necessary. Communicate any needed repairs or guest-services related issues to management. What we are looking for: Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required. A willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a "Thank You." Great communication and listening skills An ability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
