DESCRIPTION

Landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, trimming and weeding to be performed as needed. Perform building maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, paint, mechanical and grounds. This includes routine maintenance, upkeep, repairs and improvements of the building.

$15- $18 /hr based on experience

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaborate with venue teams, vendors and partners.
Complete assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Notify management of equipment failures and items needed for repair.
Carry out routine property inspection to identify and resolve issues.
Assist with special projects to support maintenance and operational goals
Prioritize guest experience by delivering exceptional maintenance service and support at the venue level

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Previous experience performing maintenance tasks
Semi-skilled in electrical, plumbing and small construction work.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
Ability to speak English
Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
