Available Shifts:

• Days - Monday - Friday: 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Nights - Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM to 12 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.

• Perform electrical lighting maintenance, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement.

• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.

• Escort contractors, city and state inspectors.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years maintenance experience, preferably in plumbing, electrical and HVAC.

• Experience with hand and power tools.

• Experience managing vendors.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.

• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services.
