Complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A minimum of 1 year as a maintenance technician
HVAC Certification Required: Type I, II, or EPA Universal
A/C repair knowledge Required
