This position will perform hands on diagnostics, troubleshoot, and repair all mechanical and technical issues with our Water Only and Water & Ice kiosks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow safety guidelines and act in safe manner
• Demonstrate and support the companys Code of Conduct
• Repair water only and water-ice units as needed
• Lead technical ability within the market
• Function as the subject matter expert to assist in resolving high-level technical issues
• Perform all maintenance processes (from routine to advanced) on water only and water-ice units
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all mechanical and technical issues with water only and water-ice units
• Provide technical guidance, training, feedback and follow up to market employees
• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment
• After hours and weekend on-call duties as assigned (monitor unit status, identify and resolve unit issues when on-call)
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Team player with positive attitude
• Thorough understanding and application of Company technical procedures for water-only and water-ice units
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to beginner through advanced-level technicians
• 3+ years technical, maintenance, repair, or similar experience
• Familiar with use of voltmeter and similar diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work required schedule
• Acceptable work attendance to perform job
• Clean motor vehicle record; valid, current drivers license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water only and water-ice units
• Ability to work in heat
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred

This position is considered safety sensitive due to the essential requirement of operating a company vehicle on public roadways.
