Responsibilities:

• Care for established lawn by mulching, trimming, mowing and edging.
• Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers and pruning saws.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs and hedges using shears, pruners or chain saw.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment and structures.
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters or other grounds.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Travel required.
