The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the smooth operation and general facility maintenance to ensure the care and safety of our buildings. This is a full-time position.
This position has a $1,000.00 Sign On Bonus!
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner while communicating progress and completion with residents and supervisors
Executes apartment turnover tasks including painting and repairs
Installs and repairs fixtures and outlets, replaces and adjusts lighting
Conducts or assists with periodic property and apartment inspections
Provides the highest level of service to residents
Prioritizes one's own development and engagement by participating in company training, activities, and events
Collaborates with the rest of the staff to contribute to the company mission
Maintenance Technician Requirements
Attention to detail
Good time management
Critical thinking and problem solving
Collaborative nature
Self-motivation
1-3 years experience in maintenance or construction
Basic to intermediate knowledge related to facility maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar programs
Maintenance Technician Benefits:
