Skills we are looking for;
2+ years experience as maintenance technician
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods including minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
HVAC experience and EPA Certification desired
Carpentry (interior and exterior) experience will be a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
