Requirements:
You offer the following minimum requirements:
Two years' related maintenance experience
Basic computer or smartphone skills
General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
Own basic hand tools
Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
Drug and background check
