Job Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and resourceful Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a background in construction and the ability to work independently on a variety of tasks. Successful candidates will have some experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and will be capable of earning professional certifications.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain and repair building systems.
Conduct general building maintenance.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics and other technical drawings.
Must be able to use power tools and heavy equipment.
Follows safety procedures at all times.
Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.39 - $27.78 per hour
