How You Will Spend Your Days as a Maintenance Technician:

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures to production equipment
• Trouble shoot and perform equipment repairs as issues arise
• Follow all policies and procedures (ex. Lock Out/Tag Out)
• Perform facility maintenance
• Set up and/or move new and existing equipment
• Clean offices, shops, and bathrooms as needed
• Other additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Experience.
  • Knowledge of electric (inc. single/3 phase power, low voltage, motors, and servos),
  • Knowledge of automation devices (inc. PLCs and sensors),
  • Knowledge of pneumatics (inc. screw compressors, cylinders, valves, and tools).
  • Computer skills (basic outlook, word and excel etc.)
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical. Ability to stand, sit, or stoop for 10-12+ hour work shifts. Overtime may be required.
• Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
• Willingness. Must have the drive to learn and stay on task with limited supervision
• Environment. Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and in all conditions
• Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance
