Job Overview
Maintenance Tech II Low Voltage
As a Maintenance Tech II, you are responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Under supervisor direction, the Maintenance Tech II performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, and plumbing repairs. You will complete repairs and have general knowledge of Low Voltage systems, i.e. Nurse Call, Life Line, TV's, telephones, voice mail, Valcom, fire alarm and smoke detectors, lighting control systems, security camera systems, and more.

Job Description
The Maintenance Tech II performs general maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. The Maintenance Tech I, with supervision and/or direction, performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, and appliance repairs. The Maintenance Tech II completes apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, touchup painting, and restoring apartments to original condition. The Maintenance Tech II will work along side IT to fix phones and internet systems.
What you will bring
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
Must have high school degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience with low voltage systems.
Preferred technical experience and/or schooling.
Preferred 1+ years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in a complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting.
