The Maintenance Tech I Training apprenticeship program offered by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network (provider of senior housing and support services) uses the hybrid model, in which the apprentice completes time and competency requirements for each work process outlined in the Apprenticeship Program.
Our Maintenance Techs must have the ability to perform a variety of duties related to building maintenance to ensure the comfort of residents, visitors, and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or equivalent
PA Driver's License
Basic Computer Skills
Minimum age of 18
Hybrid competency-based apprenticeship involves:
2032 hours on-the-job learning
288 hours related classroom instruction including OSHA 10
Location: Presbyterian SeniorCare Network SeniorCare Network
Schedule: Full Time, Daylight Shift
