Job Overview
The position open for a residential property maintenance technician with experience in painting, light plumbing and electrical, carpentry, general renovations and landscaping on occaision.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Diagnose problems and promptly repair minor problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, and wall repairs.
Maintain an open communication with the maintenance supervisor
Be responsible for preparing vacant residential properties, and for new occupants to move in
Willingness to learn

Qualified applicants must have:
General maintenance skills: With good maintenance skills, the technician will know how things work and how to keep things organized, as well as how to tackle maintenance tasks in a fast and easy manner
Verbal and written communication skills in order to have good communication with the maintenance supervisor and other employees.
Majority of the work will be in Maricopa County.
Applicant must provide their own transportation for the first 90 days as well as own a smart phone capable of phone, text and emails. Applicant will be reimbursed for company miles driven. After 90 days applicant will be provided tools and a company vehicle to drive and will be eligible to participate in our 401K.
