Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all Monarch Shores properties and assets. Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Technician will lead the maintenance of all houses and vehicles of Monarch Shores, keeping it to licensing and state regulations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Director of Facilities in maintaining company properties and assets.
Maintain all properties to licensing and state requirements and report deficiencies.
Adhere to state and federal regulations and laws involved in the care of the facilities.
Completes Monthly Facilities Inspection Reports.
Completes Monthly Facilities Maintenance tasks.
Maintains Facilities cleanliness
Supervision of outside contractors: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping.
Acquires bids for projects.
Maintains Property and Vehicles Maintenance records.
Follows HIPPAA regulations.
Various Handyman tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least two years of sobriety if in recovery.
Experience, knowledge or interest in chemical dependency and abuse.
Valid California Driver's License.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with diversity.
Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
Current T.B test and health screening/physical.
Pass a pre-employment screening.
Good knowledge and experience with electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs.
General Vehicle maintenance knowledge.
General Handyman skills.
