We are hiring for multiple shifts, so let us know on the application when you are available. This includes days, nights and weekends as well as 40 hour a week full-time or 20-30 hour part-time schedules.
Where
We have immediate needs in Sacramento, Bay area and the surrounding area. Just let us know where else you are open to working on the application.
Hourly Pay
Our Maintenance Technicians start at $25.00 per hour
What you'll be doing
Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance of common areas, building systems and utilities.
Escalate major mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing system repairs to 3rd party contractors.
Routinely inspect boilers & hot water heater, schedule pest exterminations and inventorying supplies.
Troubleshoot tripped breakers, leaking pipes and water intrusion.
Document inspections of equipment including chillers, cooling towers, water heaters, pumps, and fan coils.
Complete painting, plastering, basic carpentry and related handyman requests as required.
Assist building management with special projects and related job duties as requested.
What's needed to do the job
Experience inspecting and repairing commercial cleaning and maintenance equipment is pretty much required. Familiarity with various brands and routine preventative maintenance, use of hand and power tools as well being able to read blueprints and repair manuals also required.

3-5 years of related preventative maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work and ability to perform during emergencies.
Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
English required and Spanish is a plus.
