Job Overview
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $22- $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision and 401k)
Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (NO nights, NO weekends, and NO major holidays!)
This position provides an opportunity for an exceptional Maintenance Technician with diverse experience to work and thrive in one of the most unique medical clinics in the United States. Envita is seeking to add an organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to our growing Supply Chain department.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to multitask, and an internal desire to excel in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!
This position will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of coordinating workflows to complete work orders through our computerized ticket system. Perform routine and preventative maintenance in addition to serving as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and contractors. Communicating well with others and the ability to work as a team to achieve goals is an essential part of this job.
Responsibilities:
• Prioritize, complete, and log work order requests
• Communicate with employees and contractors to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision
• Maintain maintenance inventory of parts and supplies as needed
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to provide input for design and construction as necessary
• Consistently communicate with Supply Chain team members or clinic staff
• Additional projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Basic experience in plumbing, electrical, and general handyman tasks (swapping out outlets, changing lightbulbs, hanging artwork, caulking and fixing broken tiles, know how to identify larger issues but not necessarily fix them)
• High School diploma
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Work independently
• Must have superb communication skills
• Strong time management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Completion of a 2-year degree from a college or university
• Relevant experience in the medical field
