Job Overview
We seek a Scottsdale, AZ-based Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ventana Apartments.
Your role is to perform general property maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

What You Will Do:
Utilize your plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance skills to perform quality service work orders efficiently.
Proficiently repair heating/cooling elements.
Thoroughly completing make-ready units on time.
Proactively service the community pool.
Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions.
Assist with grounds and maintain pleasing curb appeal.
Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams.
Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service.
Promote a pleasing work environment for coworkers and guests.
Be dependable when scheduled for on-call duty.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of maintenance//make-ready experience in multi-family housing plus the following credentials/skills:
HVAC certification (Required)
Passion for fixing/making repairs
Ability to work alone or as a team
Thriving in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm for taking on new challenges, and desire to grow.
A keen eye for detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects while managing priorities, maintaining schedules, and meeting goals.
Polite communications with residents, onsite staff, and management
A positive attitude while producing high-quality workmanship.
