Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
Role : Assists in Environmental Services Director (ESD) with the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department in maintaining the community. This is accomplished by taking into account Juniper Partner's philosophy, hallmarks, policies, and procedures as well as current federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Assists in maintaining grounds and landscaping by keepings areas free of litter and debris, maintain walkways and driveways during fall and winter months.
Fulfills work orders in a timely manner for preventative maintenance include maintaining resident rooms by painting, wallpapering, deep cleaning, moving furniture, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs within own capabilities at the director for ESD
Assists in inspecting and maintaining all storage areas, work rooms, janitorial/utility closets, etc. for up-keep to ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available to meet the day to day operational needs of the Environmental Services Department.
Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous waste and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma
Must be 21 years old with valid state driver's license with appropriate class (Required)
Previous Maintenance Experience (Preferred)
HVAC Certification (Preferred)
